We are introducing a vegetable-laden cocktail menu throughout National Vegetarian Week (20-26th May) that’s packed with goodness (and indeed, alcohol). Included are colourful concoctions such as Beatnik Hemingway – made from beetroot, rum and maraschino – The Green Grocer – a heady concoction of celery, rum, lime and mint – and Bunny’s Margarita, a dizzying blend of carrot, agave and tequila. All priced at £7.50.

Fancy a springtime tipple with a twist? Then you'll love our fabulously fun, fairground inspired cocktail menu. The Goldfish-In-A-Bag is a must-try, a zesty gin and tonic served complete with a pink grapefruit fish and edible lily pads, all inside a bag with a straw!

We're offering unlimited Ketel One Vodka Bloody Marys at the refinery, the drift, the parlour and The Folly every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 1pm. Hot on the heels of NYC's notorious brunches, it's the perfect pick-me-up for those mornings when you've had a bit too much fun the night before!
Our creative and comforting brunch menu includes additions which are bound to blow away the cobwebs and leave you ready to face the day.
